Your permission to fit a boiler energy gateway
We're asking for your permission to fit a small energy gateway alongside the boiler in your home. It's provided at no cost, helps us spot faults early, and can identify ways to use less gas. Nothing about your heating changes — your thermostat and controls work exactly as they do now.
By giving consent, you're agreeing to:
- • A neos engineer fitting the gateway next to your boiler
- • The gateway sending technical boiler readings for performance monitoring
- • Being contacted to arrange the installation visit
The gateway monitors technical boiler readings only — not audio, video, or activity from inside your home. It doesn't use your home Wi-Fi and has no camera or microphone. You can withdraw consent at any time.
